A recent study found that women ages 40 and up are increasingly interested in cosmetic and plastic surgery to receive the benefits of a more youthful appearance. The survey by Superdrug found that one fifth of women between the ages of 40 and 65 said, if money were no object, that they would receive a facelift to smooth out the signs of aging. Models and actresses like Twiggy and Helen Mirren were named as perfect examples of looking great over 60.
Of the 3,000 women surveyed, 25% said they would like to receive an eyelid lift to erase wrinkles, and 29% wished for a tummy tuck to achieve a more youthful figure. 29% of women said they would like to receive Botox or other injectables to smooth away fine lines and wrinkles.
